Our Vision of Love, Growth & Early Support
Tiny Kingdom Learning Academy was founded by husband-and-wife team Jesus Flynn and Marian Hernandez, two passionate professionals with a shared mission: to raise the standard of early childhood education and create a place where every child is deeply seen, supported, and celebrated.

🧠Rooted in Psychology. Built on Purpose.
Marian holds a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). She has worked with children across home, school, center-based, and daycare settings since 2016 — first as an RBT, then as a BCaBA in 2018, and later as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2021. Her expertise ensures that every classroom at Tiny Kingdom is designed not only with love, but also with research-based practices that nurture all aspects of child development — cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and social.

Jesus, who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in ABA, worked for several years as a Registered Behavior Technician in homes, schools, and daycare centers. In addition to their clinical and educational expertise, Jesus is also a classically trained pianist, and together they bring both structure and creativity into the heart of their programs. His background gives him a hands-on understanding of how to create safe, engaging environments where children feel free to explore and thrive.

As parents and professionals, Jesus and Marian saw the same story repeat itself in many programs: children treated like numbers, missed red flags, families without support. Tiny Kingdom was born out of a different vision — one where every child is treated with dignity, where early signs of developmental needs are recognized and supported, and where families are embraced as part of a loving, faith-guided community.

Together, Jesus and Marian built Tiny Kingdom to be a place of excellence, values, and joy — where children not only learn, but also flourish in mind, heart, and spirit.
